INGREDIENTS
- 250 g Paneer (cubes)
- 1 tbsp Oil / Ghee
- ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 2 medium Onions (finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
- 2 Tomatoes (pureed)
- ½ cup Cashew Nuts (soaked)
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1½ tbsp Zaika Paneer Butter Masala
- ½ tsp Sugar
- Salt to taste
- ¼ cup Fresh Cream
- 1 tbsp Butter
- Fresh Coriander Leaves
Method
- Heat oil / ghee in a pan and lightly fry paneer cubes until golden. Keep aside.
- In the same pan, heat butter and oil. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- Add tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.
- Add soaked cashew paste and mix well. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Zaika Paneer Butter Masala, sugar and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add fried paneer, mix gently and simmer for 5–6 minutes. Add fresh cream and butter. Cook for another 1–2 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
